LOCAL TOLEDO AREA PICKUP:

Carpets by Otto has graciously allowed me to use all 3 of their local showrooms as pick-up locations for your paid order. You can choose to pick up in Toledo, Holland, or Perrysburg. Stock items are ready within 24 hours. A bag with your name on it will be left at the front desk of your pickup location. Message me your location preference and I will message you back when the order will be there for you to pick up at whatever time works best for you during their regular hours.

 

All Carpets by Otto showrooms have the same hours:  Monday, Wednesday, Friday open 10 am-6 pm. Tuesday & Thursday open 10 am-7 pm. Saturday open 10am-4pm.

GIFT ORDERS:
I am happy to ship orders as gifts to your special recipient. If you would like to include a personal message within the package I will hand write a note and include it in the packaging. Please include your personal message in the notes sections at the checkout. Please make sure the address you enter at checkout is where you would like your gift order shipped.
 
SHIPPING NOTE: It is very important to double-check the shipping address during checkout. I can only ship to the address you provide at checkout. I am not responsible for lost packages due to the wrong address being provided.
 
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES: All purchases are final, I am unable to provide refunds on any order. Under special circumstances, exchanging one magnet for another can be made. Please note: Each item is carefully handmade and is a one of a kind original. Subtle variances in color, shape, and texture will occur from piece to piece and should be considered as part of the uniqueness of each piece.
 
PLEASE NOTE / GENERAL INFORMATION:  I use two types of magnets. The first are round, black, ceramic magnets with a strength rating of 8. The second magnet type I use is very strong but small Neodymium. All magnets can scratch surfaces if they are mishandled. I am not responsible for any scratches or marks from the misuse of these products.  You can request to purchase an item without a magnet attached to it. There is no price difference if you choose to not have the magnet. Just message me if you would like no magnets attached to the items. My products are 100% inedible and are not real foods or made with any real food in any way. These items are not meant for small children to play with. Please use responsibly, for fun, novelty & decoration purposes only. The materials and techniques I use to create these items are proprietary information, I am not currently offering workshops or details on how to re-create these items. My home studio is not open to the public.
